Death Notice
McClelland (Newry) Kay (née O’Flaherty) died 19th August 2026 peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Michael Joseph (Joe) R.I.P. devoted mother of Kieran, Jacqueline, Sinead and Michelle and treasured sister of Perpetua, Grania and the late Dermot, Molly, Joseph, Leontia and Liam R.I.P.
Her remains will repose at her late residence 49 Pound Road, Newry, today (Wednesday) from 9pm until removal on Friday morning at 9.50am for 10.30am Requiem Mass in S.S. Patrick & Colman's Cathedral, burial afterwards in Monkshill cemetery.
Our Lady Queen of The Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her son, daughters, sons-in-law Michael and David, daughter-in-law Denise, grandchildren Oisín, Cahán, Isabel, Robyn, Abbie and Hayley, also her sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.
