Write a commentA 31 year old man has been arrested by Detectives in E District in relation to a string of burglary and other offences in May 2012 and January this year. He is due to appear at Newry Magistrates Court today Wednesday.
The burglaries took place in Newry, Ballygawley, Monaghan, Omagh, Hilltown, Strabane, Loughgilly, Mayobridge and Tandragee.
The man was arrested in the Portadown area shortly before midnight on Monday, 14 January. The offences include attempted burglary, burglary, car theft, threats to kill and aggravated vehicle taking.
The man is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
