Write a commentPolice in Newry are appealing for information after a report of an assault at the Camlough Road area in the early hours on Monday 21st April.
At around 5am, it was reported that a male was assaulted by two unknown males. It is believed that the males assaulted the male from behind with a bottle. The males spoke with southern accents and made off in a silver old style Passat. The male received stitches to his head and enquiries are continuing.
