The St John Bosco U11s topped their table beating Drumgath in the final after overcoming An Riocht, Attical and St Michael’s on their way.
U16 Girls Final
The team were in Hilltown on their way to play Tecconaught in Leitrim when the news came through that the match was called off due to a water logged pitch.
Unfortunately this news came through very late in the day and we would apologise to the many supporters who turned up at Leitrim only to be disappointed.
The new date for the final has not been set yet
County Intermediate Final - tickets
Tickets for the County Intermediate Final St John Bosco vs St Peter's Warrenpoint on Sunday 21st October, will be on sale Tuesday 16th October 7.15pm to 8.15pm St John Bosco Clubrooms.
This is a double header with Kilcoo playing Mayobridge in the Senior Final at 4:00 p.m.
The County Secretary and ticket staff have allocated a separate section of the stand for each club and will be in the St John Bosco club selling tickets on
Ticket prices; Stand Tickets are £12.00 for Adults,£8.00 for Seniors/Students and £5.00 for Under 16s
Terrace Tickets payment at the Turnstiles on the day £10.00 Adults £6.00 for Seniors/Students and Under 16s are admitted Free.
Underage Teams Attending Final
Free admission to the terraces for all U16s - can all underage mentors inform their teams please. Mentors/youngsters meet at the club at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday 21st and we'll travel as a group to Pairc Esler - we have 8 teams at U16 level let's make sure we take over 100 of our young Bosco stars to the final!
Leo Hughes Memorial Tournament
With several of the Bosco teams still contesting championship and league finals the annual Leo Hughes Memorial Tournament has been rescheduled for Sunday 2nd November. Throw in at 2:00 p.m. with refreshments for all afterwards in Carrickcruppen GAC.
This annual tournament is a charity fundraiser held to honour the memory of Leo Hughes father of Cumann Naomh Eoin Bosco Leaschathaoirleach Pól Ó hAoda.
Annual Mass
Our annual Mass for the living and deceased members of St John Bosco GAC is on Sunday 18th November in St Brigid’s Chapel at 11:30 a.m. All welcome
St John Bosco GAC AGM
The club AGM is being held on Sunday 2nd December in the Cusack Lounge in the clubrooms on Water Street.
