Finale of Armagh Football League this weekend

It's still all to play for as the Armagh GAA football leagues reach their conclusion this weekend with the destination of league titles still very much uncertain. Following the restructuring of the leagues this year, all divisions have been highly competitive throughout the season with the top spots coming right down to the wire.

In the Senior A division, any of the top 3 sides can claim the title this weekend. Crossmaglen would win the league by defeating Maghery on Friday evening. A Maghery victory would open possibilities for themselves and for St Patrick's, Cullyhanna. At the other end of the table, Ballymacnab and Wolfe Tones will be relegated unless either of them win the Senior championship.

Meanwhile in the senior B league, all eyes will be firmly fixed on Friday evening's fixture between Granemore and Clann Éireann. A home win for Granemore would secure them the title.  At the other end of the table, the Grange and Forkhill will be relegated to the intermediate league unless they win the championship.

In the Intermediate A division, Culloville need a draw against St Peters to win the title. If Silverbridge were to get a win in their Derby tie against Mullaghbawn they could win the IFL A title, if St Peters defeat Culloville. Mullaghbawn and St Paul's will make the drop unless they win the Intermediate championship.

In IFL B, the league champions will either be Clan na Gael or Tullysaran, though Clan na Gael are favourites as they have beaten Tullysaran twice already this year. Corrinshego occupy the bottom spot in the league and they will be joined next year in the Junior league by any one of An Port Mór, Middletown or Éire Óg.

In the JFL A, Keady and Clonmore are both in with a chance of winning the title. If both clubs win their final game, the scoring difference favours Keady. In JFL B, the title will go to the winners of Friday's game between O'Hanlon's and Belleek.

With the Donnelly Group Armagh GAA Football Championships starting next weekend all clubs will be keen to finish the leagues strongly and build momentum heading into championship season.
