Sinead O’Neill (Shane O’Neill’s) – U13 County Player of the Year
Sinead O’Neill (Shane O’Neill’s) – U13 County Player of the Year

The club’s AGM is scheduled to take place on Sunday 15th December at 3.00pm in the clubhouse. This is undoubtedly the most important meeting of the year and we are asking all current and past members, players (past and present), parents of our underage footballers and anyone else with a genuine interest in the club to come along. 2020 promises to be any busy year for the club and we are encouraging everyone to get on board to help make it a successful one.

Junior Championship – 25th Anniversary

Back in 1994 our senior men won the Armagh Junior Championship – it’s hard to believe that was 25 years ago. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the win the club is holding a night on Saturday 7th December. All the ’94 squad have been invited to come along to look back on their achievement. It promises to be a great night and everyone, including players families, anyone involved with the team that year and everyone involved with the Shane’s club (past and present), is invited to come along and join in the craic.

Well Done

Well done to our underage footballer Sinead O’Neill who picked up the U13 County Player of the Year award at the club and county underage presentation night on Saturday night.

Good Luck

Good luck to Aoibheann Jones, Blaithin Mackin, Louise Kenny, Moya Feehan, Geraldine McNally and Sinead McDonnell who have all been nominated for Armagh Senior Ladies All-Stars for 2019. The awards night takes place on Saturday 30th November in the Carrickdale Hotel.

Congratulations to our club secretary Yasmin Mackin and her very lucky fiancé James Shannon on their recent engagement.

Last week’s winning lotto numbers were 2, 19, 20 & 32. There were no jackpot winners and 1 x match three winner. The jackpot no stands at an impressive £4,900.
