£450 Raised at Creative Showcase for Palestine

Finegan and Son in Newry saw a packed house on Friday 9 May for Common Ground Collective's Creative Showcase event in aid of Palestine. Music was provided by the talented Jack Devlin, ORTHA and Cu Chulainn with poetry readings and art also on offer. A total of £450 was raised on the night.

Shelby from Common Ground Collective said "Huge thanks to everyone who came out to our Creative Showcase in aid of Palestine — your support means everything. Massive shoutout to all the amazing creatives who got involved and contributed their time, talent, and energy. And of course, huge love to Finegan & Son for hosting us so generously.

"Another big win for Common Ground Collective, with £450 raised! I’m so proud to have helped make something like this happen right here in my local community."

The Collective hope to organise more events in the future. Check out their Instagram for up to date info at www.instagram.com
