The 19th Annual Car Raffle Event begins on Monday 25th July 2016 in the Buttercrane Centre, Newry. The lucky winner will also receive 1 year’s free car insurance up to the value of £500, kindly sponsored by Autoline Insurance.
The racy new MINI, with its bonnet stripes brought plenty of admiring glances during the Car Raffle Launch at Prentice MINI last week! The car will be on display in Buttercrane, Newry, The Mall S.C. Armagh, High Street Mall Portadown, and Tesco Craigavon over the coming weeks. Tickets, priced at just £1 each will be on sale at these alternating venues. Tickets can also be bought from reception at St. John’s House (SAHS), Newry and from the SAHS fundraising office by telephoning 028 3025 1333.
Danielle Doherty from Southern Area Hospice Services extended thanks to the local community for their ongoing support, and stated “It is only through the generosity of local people that this event is made possible every year!” Danielle added: "It will take £2.42 million in 2016 to keep Southern Area Hospice Services operating at its current level, providing support and palliative care to local people with life-limiting illnesses, through its various services located in Newry, Dungannon, Armagh, and Craigavon."
