Council Financial Assistance Call 2 closes 18 May

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council launched Call 2 of their Open Call For Financial Assistance in late April  but if your organisation wants to apply you will need to get your applications in before Friday 18 May to qualify.

Programme areas include Minor Grants for Community Centres, Down Your Street – Civic Pride, Tourism Events, Tourism Partnership Marketing Fund, Good Relations (to include Centenary Commemorations), Policing and Community Safety Partnership and lastly Christmas Illuminations.

You can apply for up to £15K for Tourism Events, Civic pride events may be funded for up to £3K and should contribute to Improving the quality of our local environment, Reducing litter and/or dog fouling in our local environment or Instilling civic pride within a community (provided focus is on environmental improvement)

Closing date: Friday 18 May 2018 at 4pm
