Write a commentCommunity Restorative Justice's Safer Stronger Communities Project have organised a number of 'Awareness Workshops' to take place for those living in the Neighbourhood Renewal areas of Newry. (NR areas are housing estates situated with the following areas; Derrybeg, Drumalane/Quayside Close, Ballybot, Martins Lane, Meadow/Armagh Road, Three Ways, Greater Linen Hall, Barcroft and Carnagat).
The project is based in Ballybot House and is an early intervention, mediation service which addresses socially harmful behaviour and wrong-doing using a non-confrontational restorative approach.
The projects ultimate goal is to develop safer, stronger communities through partnership working, service delivery and confidence building.

Awareness Workshops will be taking place on the following dates:
Tuesday 19th August - 10.30 - 11.30am
Wednesday 20th August - 12.30 - 1.30pm
Thursday 21st August - 7.00pm - 8.00pm
(Members of Neighbourhood Renewal areas can attend any of the listed sessions)
