A week long action packed festival is set to take place in Derrybeg from Monday 8 to Friday 12 July.
Announcing the plans ahead of the planned events, the newly elected chairperson of Derrybeg Community Association, Stephen Murney explained "The Derrybeg Community Association are delighted to announce that we have organised a fantastic summer scheme for the local community.

"We have numerous activities planned including a childrens cookery day on Monday 8th July, arts and crafts day on Wednesday 10th July along with a sports day finale with prizes for everyone due to take place on Friday 12th July."
Several trips are also planned for the kids. On Tuesday 9 July they will take 40 children to Cheeky Monkeys and they plan to take 30 children to Slieve Gullion on Thursday 11 July.
As well as those trips another trip is organised for 20 young people to East Coast Adventure on Thursday 18th July.
Mr Murney added "The Community Association have been working very hard over the past few weeks to organise and plan these events. We have a dedicated team of community workers with decades of experience of community activism behind them.
"We are also currently exploring further activities and projects due to place in August and September. As always we will keep the residents up to date as this progresses.
The community worker concluded "We truly are creating pathways for a better future for all our residents in Derrybeg and we look ahead to providing the local residents with events and projects based in our community centre along with day away trips in the coming months."
