Well it's a big Halloween Weekend in store for Newry.
The top event of the weekend is of course the Concert in Pairc Esler tomorrow night organised by the Council. Jedward headline the gig and joining them amongst others will be Bell Amie, Marty Fay & the Banditos, The Social Ions and Ryan Dolan.
Nearly Twenty Thousand tickets have been given out ... and all for free! A fantastic night is certainly in store.
Police in Newry are warning motorists of traffic delays in the city due to the concert. The concert will begin at 5.30pm on 29 October and motorists should expect some traffic congestion. Police are advising those attending the concert to allow enough time for their journey and to make use of car parks in the city centre and at Greenbank Industrial Estate to avoid traffic buildup around the venue.
if large concerts aren't your cup of tea you should get yourself down to the Phoenix Bar tonight Friday for their annual Halloween Fancy Dress night. Betty as usual doesn't hold back when it comes to decorating the place so expect the spooky and you'll not be disappointed! Mind you if you can't make it tonight the decorations do stay up for a while!
BED at The Relic also have a Fancy Dress night on tomorrow night Saturday, Creepy Circus night will certainly be fun.
The Bank Nightclub have a Halloween Fancy Dress on tomorrow night and Halloween night itself with £1000 in prizes!
