Planning permission has been granted for six homes in the Catherine Street/ Canal Street area of Newry. A factory formerly occupied the site which fronts on to both Catherine Street and Canal Street.
The proposed development is for four 3 bed terrace dwellings fronting on to Catherine Street and two 2 bed semi detached dwellings to the rear. Access to the properties will be from Canal Street.
The properties will have gardens and the site will have 12 parking spaces to serve the properties with associated landscaping.
