Pub to be converted to Offices?

An application for planning permission has been lodged to convert Trainors Bar in Canal Street in Newry into offices.

The proposal involves linking the site to the First Derivatives building on Canal Quay.

The application by Oncon, proposes the change of use of ground floor of No.7 Canal Street from public house to offices and the creation of first and second floor courtyard infill to the rear of 5-7 Canal Street as well as providing access to 3 Canal Quay.
