Slieve Gullion Councillor Roisin Mulgrew has congratulated all involved in what she described as a "highly informative" Road Safety Workshop Event. Commenting Cllr Mulgrew said "Cloughreagh community centre was the venue for a road safety event which included youth groups from Bessbrook, Camlough and Dundalk, ensuring that we have both cross border and cross community participation. All of the young people who attended the event found it both informative and enjoyable. The event focused on the responsibilities of drivers, the perils of drink driving, speeding and use of mobile phones while driving. This was another example of positive engagement between the PSNI and the local youth and is to be welcomed."
