They have organised a Work Party this Saturday 20 May from 9am to 3pm at the Silvery Light ship which is in dry dock just across from The Quays Shopping Centre.
Everyone is welcome and no special skills are needed, just plenty of enthusiasm.

The Silvery Light goes all the way back to 1884 and the community project spearheaded by local man Gerry Brennan aims to restore it to it's former glory and base it here as Newry's very own tall ship. More information from www.silverylight.org
