Local man Kieran Meaney has started up a Facebook page with daily weather reports for Newry with an added twist, i.e. you wouldn't know who would turn up beside him or where!
Slieve Gullion, Tanglewood or even your shower - nowhere seems safe but its all a different way of getting the weather message across with a bit of crack along the way.
The Page is at www.facebook.com/MeaneyWeatherUpdates and it has already got near 500 fans!
So if you are heading out the door, just to be on the safe side check it out.
