A woman has been taken to hospital following a two vehicle collision this afternoon on the Forkhill Road, Newry. Police, ambulance and fire crew were in attendance around 3pm today 23 May.
A PSNI spokesperson said "Police received a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the Forkhill Road in Newry at approximately 3:00pm.
"Officers attended alongside colleagues from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and Northern Ireland Ambulance Service."
The spokesperson added "One woman was taken to hospital for treatment. Her injuries are not believed to be life threatening at this time."
