Lislea's Got Talent as Niamh Noade Lights up Blackpool

Saturday nights episode of Britain's Got Talent has left no doubt that for Lislea's Niamh Noade 2026 is going to be a massive year!

Already this year Niamh 'The Girl with the Harp' has appeared on the One Show, sang in the Waterfront Hall at Ireland's Folk Concert - Your Roots are Showing and performed in Rome with the St Paul's High School Choir and March has just begun.

Performing Ordinary by Alex Warren at Britain's Got Talent in front of a massive live audience in Blackpool, with just her harp for support, the 17 year old was sensational. What followed was a standing ovation that lasted nearly 40 seconds and it wasn't just the audience that were on their feet but the panel too.

The judges loved the performance. KSI said it was perfect. "When you started singing I was like oh my ... You've got an angelic instrument, an angelic voice. Combining that together was just perfect." he said.

Niamh's singing was Heavenly according to Alesha Dixon. "Your voice is really special, and you're very unique. This is not an act that we see all the time. It was heavenly."

Amanda Holden was also really impressed by the audition. She added "You have really such a clean, clear voice, and I'm not going to lie, I do love a harp but I was so relieved when you started singing as well. Your whole presence was beautifully, quietly confident. It was a really really lovely audition."

Lastly Simon Cowell who nearly always can find some small thing to criticise thought the song was sensational. "You've got an amazing voice. I mean, some people are just born with great voices, and you have that. And the version I thought of the song was sensational, seriously sensational."

All that was left was for the judges to vote and Niamh left the stage with four yes's and a broad smile.
