Storytelling for the All the Family
Nóra Ní Raghallaigh, the well known seanchaí from Rann na Feirste in the Donegal Gaeltacht, will sing songs, recite verses and tell stories suitable for the whole family.

Sheila Smyth and the Changemakers - Sheila Smyth is a composer, musician and social entrepreneur. Showcasing “Changemakers”, a group of inspirational and talented people who are on a recovery journey. Their music is both victorious and deeply moving.
Steve Lally – Storyteller - The exceptionally talented Storyteller and Visual Artist Steve Lally, working for over 15 years in the arts. Writing his own material as well as re-imagining folktales, myths, legends and story songs ranging from ancient Celtic epics of Ireland and beyond of adventure and romance
Media Screening Exhibition by Richard Kelly (parental guidance)
Richard Kelly Visual Artist originally from Co Mayo now living in Co Down. Working for over 20 years as an artist, uses mixed mediums, oil, acrylic on canvas and specialist in graphite work. The style of art, more commonly known as "outsiders Art" primarily conceptual surrealism work inspired by past masters such as Rubens, Michelangelo, Rembrandt and Raphael whilst looking at cultural influences of years gone by.
Brick Smith songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Lisburn and has recently begun work as a solo artist after spending most of his life in bands. His music nods towards his influences- Tom Waits, Laura Marling, Paul Simon, Nick Cave and Jeff Buckley.
Trad Jam Finale – features all the acts taking part in Culture Night.

6 - 9pm Museum Exhibitions will be open to the public.
New artefacts, five new cases, and new interactive displays along with two new temporary exhibitions, 'Centre Stage: A History of Performing Arts in Newry and Mourne' and 'An Excursion into the History of the Newry and Warrenpoint Railway' means you will have something new to see.

A night of music with Traditional Arts Partnership (TAP), was founded in 2011, to celebrate and develop further the musical heritage and culture of south Armagh and (just as importantly) to develop the social skills and self-confidence of young musicians. TAP’s philosophy can be summed up in these three words ‘ceol with soul!’ and the members firmly believe that music belongs to us all, that tunes should be played with a smile.

Riverside Church 8pm
Riverside Church in Newry are hosting Albuquerque band Singing Pilgrims an intergenerational duo performing Celtic, traditional and original music that is so much more than melody and rhythm. Their songs are personal expressions of the path they have walked together for over two decades and their story is woven into the fabric of each tune.
