Armagh Minors lose out to Cavan

Extra time was written all over the Ulster Minor Football Championship preliminary round clash at Breffni Park between Armagh and Cavan with the sides level or thereabouts for virtually the entire game.

Unfortunately Cavan's Brian McConnell put paid to that with a winning point deep into injury time.

Despite a goal from Armagh's Captain, Joseph McElroy the side just couldn't build on it and the game finished Armagh 1:9 Cavan 0:13
