Armagh once again took an early exit from the Ulster Football Championship on Saturday night following a dour game against Fermanagh at Brewster Park in Enniskillen.

Never seeming to get into gear, a low scoring first half saw all to play for at half time with just two points separating the sides at Fermanagh 0:6 to Armagh's 0:4.
The second half saw Armagh reduced to 14 men with Niall Grimley sent off for a strike to Sean Quigley. With ten minutes to go only four points separated the sides but Fermanaghs win never ever seemed in doubt.

Just two of Armagh's tally of 7 points were from play.
Kieran McGeeney's men now head for Round One of the qualifiers on 9 June.
Final Score Armagh 0:7 Fermanagh 0:12

"This Fermanagh Armagh clash is not a very good argument for televising more Gaelic football"
"Well that FA cup final was about as exciting as selecting a new pair of slippers. Thankfully able to catch the Armagh v Fermanagh match now though"
"Some of the tackling from Armagh has been shocking. Some day the penny will drop with McGeeney that he needs footballers and not just muscle men"
