Wallace who weighed in at 79.2kg took on Australian opponent Aaron Sesay in light-heavyweight winning the match with a knock out in the second round.
Commenting on Facebook Conor said "Great to get my first professional win last night. Some buzz!! More to come!"
Euroka Promotions signed up Conor on a long term contract in August under the tutelage off Steve Deller from Brisbane’s Fortitude Gym.
Deller said at the time he had not been this excited about a boxer since he signed Commonwealth Games gold medallist Jarrod Fletcher.
Deller said: “The reason I signed Conor to a long-term contract is because I know he will be the light-heavyweight champion of the world.”
Conor gained six Irish titles during his amateur spell. The Newry boxer's next professional bout is scheduled for 10th of November with opponent still to be decided.
