In the last couple of months of her life Marie Curie provided much needed help with overnight care at home.
The McConville family suggested that the Poyntzpass Bar and Restaurant ran a quiz to raise funds as a token of their appreciation.
£1010.70 was raised in total at the successful quiz and Michael Hannaway from the Newry and Mourne Marie Curie Fundraising Group was on hand to receive the cheque this week.
