Latest figures announced show the cost of the average house in Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area in Q3 the July to September period was £191,053, an anual rise of 11.8% from Q3 in 2021. That's the figures from the residential housing index from Land & Property Services assisted by the Northern Ireland Statistics & Research Agency. Recent turmoil in UK politics and markets may not have affected these statistics!
Lisburn and Castlereagh is the most expensive place at present with the average house costing £206,569. The cheapest average house is £155,593 in Derry City and Strabane.
