Strange putting the loss of the house before the loss of the family!
Frontier Sentinel 30/11/1915

As a small token of their respect for and sympathy with Mr S.J. McKee, of Barnmeen, near Newry, who recently lost not only his dwelling-house, but his wife and four children by fire, his neighbours to the number of 50, assembled at his place this week and harvested about two acres of potatoes. Owing to illness, Mr McKee was unable to be present, but he was represented by his two brothers and his two sisters.
