Detectives from Reactive and Organised Crime are appealing for information following a creeper burglary.
Sometime between 1am and 2.15am on Tuesday, 26 April, entry was forced to a house on Brown Moss Road, Lissummon.
Car keys were taken and a silver Hyundai Santa Fe was stolen. It is believed the vehicle may have been driven off in the direction of Poyntzpass.
Detective Constable McCartan said: “We would like to hear from anyone who has information in relation to the theft or whereabouts of this vehicle. We can be contacted on 101, quoting ref: 77 260416.”

Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Killeavey on Wednesday.
Sometime between 6.30pm and 9.20pm on Wednesday, 27 April, entry was gained to a house in Forest Park and a handbag was taken.
The handbag contained a sum of cash and was recovered in Foughart, County Louth. The cash and bank card were missing from the bag.
Police would like to hear from anyone who has information in relation to this incident. They are particularly keen to hear about the movements of a silver Peugeot car that was seen in the Killeavy area around the time of the burglary. Owners are being sought for a boat that was abandoned on Windmill Road in Newry last Sunday.
Around 10pm on Sunday, 24 April, a number of males were observed attempting to tow a boat with a car. They were unsuccessful and abandoned the boat on Windmill Road. The males may have been travelling in a dark coloured C-Class Mercedes.
Police believe the boat may have been stolen and are keen to trace the owner.

A forty three year old woman has been charged with a number of offences following recent distraction type burglaries in Belleeks, Newtownhamilton and Crossmaglen.
She has been charged with 2 counts of burglary, attempted burglary, and a number of motoring offences.
The charges are in connection with a distraction type burglary in the Oliver Plunkett Park area of Belleeks on Tuesday 26 April, a distraction type burglary in Art McCooey Park area of Crossmaglen on Thursday 28 April and an attempted burglary in the Castleblaney Street area of Newtownhamilton also on Thursday 28 April.
Detectives would continue to appeal to anyone with any information about distraction burglaries in the South Armagh area to contact them in Newry on 101. They are particularly keen to speak with anyone who noticed any suspicious females calling at houses in the area trying door handles. Information can also be passed anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Police are warning business owners to be alert following three incidents of fraud in Newry and Downpatrick over the bank holiday weekend.
The reported incidents involved a man who requested £300 be loaded onto a top-up type credit card. Staff carried out the transaction and the customer left the premises on the pretence of visiting the ATM or going to their car and didn’t return. In all three incidents the staff member retained the credit card however it appears that the customer used a cloned card to withdraw the £300 a short time later.
The incidents occurred in a convenience store in Newry on Saturday 30 April and at a service station and supermarket in Downpatrick on Monday, 2 May. The man involved in one of the incidents is described as being around 5ft 10in tall , aged in his 20s, with a round face and light stubble. He spoke with a Southern Irish accent.
Police would like businesses to be vigilant of this type of activity. If possible, take payment before debiting money onto a top-up card. If you are suspicious of a transaction or believe you have been targeted in this way, please contact police immediately on 101.

Being a "nosy neighbour" is not as bad as it sounds and local police have actually suggested that it can be the most effective way of protecting your elderly neighbours from burglary and other crimes.
District Commander, Superintendent Paul Reid explained: “As part of our focus on burglary we are visiting some of our elderly and more vulnerable residents to help them feel safe in their homes and provide advice on making their home and property secure.
“It can be easy in today’s society to feel isolated and I am asking local communities to help us protect the people in our neighbourhoods who may feel alone.
“The most effective way to help each other is to become a ‘nosy neighbour’. Get to know the people in your neighbourhood and keep an eye out for any suspicious activity or vehicles. If you notice something that doesn’t look right, phone us straight away and check on your vulnerable neighbours.”
Superintendent Reid continued: “It could also be a good idea to consider a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme. Anyone can belong to a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme and play a part in its achievements. A scheme can cover just one street or part or all of an estate and requires a Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator. The coordinator acts as a link between the community and local police and they are the first point of contact for all members of the scheme to receive and distribute information.
“We have seen how successful we can be when we work in partnership with the community and I would encourage any member of the public who is interested in working with us to reduce crime in their area to contact us. Anyone who is interested in the role of NHW Coordinator can also contact their local Neighbourhood Policing Team on 101.”

Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Bessbrook yesterday.
Sometime between 2pm and 5.45pm yesterday (Thursday 5th) entry was forced to the rear of a house in Crabtree Hill and the house ransacked.
Police are appealing to anyone who noticed any suspicious vehicles or activity in the area around this time to contact them on 101, quoting ref: 873 050516.

Police have received a number of reports in relation to a suspicious object being left in the vicinity of the railway line at Camlough Road, Newry.
Chief Inspector Ian Campbell said “Police are investigating several reports of a suspicious object being placed in the vicinity of the railway line at Camlough Road Newry. Nothing untoward has been found however we would urge the public to be vigilant especially in the Egyptian Arch area, Camlough Road area and Millvale area.
If you notice anything which looks out of place or suspicious, do not approach or touch it, but contact police at Newry straight away on the non-emergency number 101 or 999 in an emergency. “We would like to hear from anyone who has information in relation to these reports. Police in Newtownhamilton are appealing for information following a recent burglary in Whitecross.
Sometime between 7.30pm on Tuesday, 26 April and Tuesday, 3 May a house on Corlat Drive was entered and a handbag and sum of cash were stolen.
Police would like to hear from anyone who noticed any unusual or suspicious activity in the area during this time.
