Acclaimed musicians, Tadhg (fiddle, pipes, bouzouki) and Sárán (concertina) are the latest generation of the Mulligans, a family synonymous with Irish music for five generations. We are delighted to welcome them to the Folk Club.
Tadhg and Sárán Mulligan are brothers and a fiddle and concertina duo from Dundalk. Steeped in musical heritage from Leitrim to Kerry, their music has a distinctive driving energy and sound. Tadhg and Sárán perform together regularly including opening Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Drogheda in 2019 and more recently as part of the Irish Traditional Music Archives Culture Night 2025 celebrations and locally at Féile na Tána 2026.
